Clause 1. | General
1.1 The General Terms and Conditions of De Parfumkast apply to all offers, products, orders, agreements and deliveries of De Parfumkast. By ordering an item you agree to these conditions, please read through them carefully before placing an order. If you have any queries relating to these conditions, please contact us at webshop@deparfumkast.nl
Clause 2. | Agreement and Order
2.1 The agreement becomes binding at the time you place your order. De Parfumkast will process your order after you have paid. Until that time, De Parfumkast will remain the full owner of the product(s).
2.2 Once your order is processed you will receive a confirmation e-mail confirming that your payment is accepted along with the details of your order.
2.3 All images and specifications are an indication. Every product is unique so variation may occur. If a product is damaged during shipment you may return it (see clause 6), but it may not be a reason to file a claim.
Clause 3. | Payment and Payment Methods
3.1 You can choose from the following secure payment methods: PayPal
3.2 If De Parfumkast posts, accidentally, an incorrect price on the website – and it is clear that it is a mistake – we have the right to adapt. Even though you already ordered the article.
3.3 All product prices shown on www.deparfumkast.nl are including taxes but excluding shipping costs.
Clause 4. | Delivery
4.1 De Parfumkast delivers packages using multiple courier services including but not limited to: PostNL and DHL
4.2 If you accidentally entered an incorrect delivery address or are not home when the courier has tried to deliver the package – and there are therefore extra costs – De Parfumkast calculates these additional costs on to you.
4.3 De Parfumkast will send the order as quickly as possible after payment of the agreement. De Parfumkast will always strive to make sure you get your order in the estimated shipping time. If this is not possible, for whatever reason (because an article is temporarily out of stock or if post services are on a strike) you will be notified about this immediately.
4.4 Up to and including the delivery De Parfumkast bears the responsibility for the order. After the delivery, the responsibility will be transferred to you.
4.5 For shipments on request outside of the European Union, additional taxes and Duties may apply. For more information we advise you to contact your local customs department.
4.6 Please note that the delivery times in clause 5 are estimated. In case a product does not arrive within the estimated arrival date it is not possible to make a claim. However, De Parfumkast will always do everything in its power to make sure your order arrives on time.

5.1 De Parfumkast strives that all customers are happy with their purchase. However, If something is not correct please send an e-mail to webshop@deparfumkast.nl. I
Clause 6. | Returns & Exchanges
6.1 We, of course, hope that you are satisfied with your purchase but if for any reason you are not, please see the returns policy below:
Perfume usually has a very long shelf life.
However due to the specific vintage nature of the products we sell, it's possible that discoloration or alteration may occur over time.
Before shipping we check products on quality.
If the product doesn't meet the requirements, we will contact you.
We will only restitute when products are damaged during shipping.

6.2 CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges.
6.3 DAMAGED/FAULTY ITEM?
If the item you have purchased is damaged/faulty during shipping, please contact us directly at webshop@deparfumkast.nl and send us a picture.
Clause 7. | Copyright
7.1 All photos and images displayed by De Parfumkast are copyrighted. Without written permission from De Parfumkast, photos and graphics cannot be reproduced and publicly used.
Clause 8. | Disputes
9.1 All legal relations are exclusively governed by Dutch law.
